My obsession with the human body started at fifteen. Not in a gym, not in a classroom. Just a deep, relentless curiosity about why people feel the way they feel and what it actually takes to change. I have been a student of this ever since.
Through years in corporate I kept studying, kept practising, kept applying everything I was learning on myself. ELDOA. Nutrition. Nervous system work. Habit change. Not as a coach yet. As someone who needed it to work, because I was the person high-performing everywhere except for herself.
That lived experience is what separates this from a qualification on a wall. I did not read about these methods and start teaching them. I used them, tested them, refined them on real life. That is what I bring into every session. Not theory. Applied understanding built over two decades of genuine curiosity.
I am based in Pukekohe, Auckland, co-managing Spartan HQ Gym with my partner and coaching a small number of women privately. I keep my client load intentional. Quality of relationship is what produces results.

Most coaches focus on one thing. I work at the intersection of three because that is where lasting change actually lives.
Your body will not hold onto change if it does not feel safe enough to. Before we talk nutrition or training, we address the underlying stress load, sleep, and recovery patterns that determine whether anything else will actually work.
The goal is not to teach you to make better choices under pressure. It is to remove the choices entirely. Every plan I build is designed to eliminate decision fatigue so the right actions become the easy ones.
I do not build plans for ideal scenarios. I build them for busy Tuesdays, school runs, client dinners, and the weeks when everything falls apart. The plan has to survive your life not the life you wish you had.
I work specifically with women who are going through the same challenges I've navigated-mums balancing family and fitness, business owners who put everyone else first, high-achievers who excel everywhere except when it comes to their own health.
My approach is holistic. I don't just hand you a training program or a meal plan and send you on your way. I look at sports nutrition, performance, recovery, nervous system regulation, and the mental patterns that keep you starting over. Because transformation isn't about working harder-it's about addressing the real barriers that keep you stuck.

I co-manage Spartan HQ Gym in Pukekohe alongside my partner. It is a serious weightlifting gym that serves a tight-knit community of athletes and committed movers. In-person coaching runs from here for clients who are local to South Auckland.
