ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo-Articulaire) is a methodology developed by Guy Voyer that targets specific spinal segments to create decompression and postural correction. Unlike general stretching, ELDOA works with the fascial system to produce lasting changes in joint health, posture, and pain reduction. Sahrita is a trained ELDOA practitioner.

No. Programs can be designed for home, gym, or a combination of both. In-person coaching is available through Spartan Combat Gym in Pukekohe, Auckland but online clients can train from anywhere.
