Yes when you are ready for change and committed to the process, online coaching is just as effective. You get access to a professional plan, regular check-ins, and the accountability structure that makes the difference.
If you are self-motivated and just need a well-designed plan, Regulate is a great starting point. If you want real accountability, coaching calls, and someone in your corner Nourish or Perform will give you that. Not sure? Book a casual call and we'll figure it out together.
ELDOA (Étirements Longitudinaux avec Decoaptation Ostéo-Articulaire) is a methodology developed by Guy Voyer that targets specific spinal segments to create decompression and postural correction. Unlike general stretching, ELDOA works with the fascial system to produce lasting changes in joint health, posture, and pain reduction. Sahrita is a trained ELDOA practitioner.
Because real change takes time. Three months is the minimum period to build genuine habits, see body composition shifts, and develop the nervous system regulation patterns that make everything stick. I am not interested in quick fixes I am here for lasting transformation.
Your nervous system governs how your body responds to stress, how well you recover, how you sleep, and even how effectively you digest food and build muscle. When it is dysregulated which is common in high-achieving women your body is in a state of chronic stress that works against your goals. Regulating it first makes everything else more effective.

The HPC Method works around your real schedule, addresses the nervous system piece that most coaches ignore, and focuses on habits that do not require willpower to maintain. No. Programs can be designed for home, gym, or a combination of both. In-person coaching is available through Spartan Combat Gym in Pukekohe, Auckland but online clients can train from anywhere.
